Cancellations and updates

Due to the health risks of COVID-19 and mandatory closings and cancellations in our area, our spring events have been modified as indicated below. In the meantime, we are available by phone, so you are welcome to call the showroom and leave a message. Someone will return your call typically within 24 hours.

Here’s what you can do now

If you need to purchase supplies: call our showroom at (732) 566-1600. You can place your order over the phone and we will package items and leave them for you outside the door. We’re also available for questions and guidance. You can send us photos or show us your pond via video chat so we can help you make assessments.

If you want to purchase fish or plants: call our showroom at (732) 566-1600 to schedule a video appointment. We will show you what we have in stock, then schedule a time for curbside pickup of your chosen items.

If you need pond service or landscape maintenance: we’re still providing outdoor services. Our professionals will work outside and maintain a safe distance from you and your family. (Read more about our precautions below.) Call us to schedule an appointment.

If you’re interested in a consultation: we’re still holding consultations if you’re comfortable meeting with us one-on-one. We take all recommended precautions, including hand-washing and maintaining a safe distance. We are also available for video consultations. Call (732) 566-1600 to schedule.

How We’re Working To Keep Everyone Safe

When we visit your home for outdoor work, we take all possible precautions to maintain the health and safety of our employees as well as of you and your family. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. All workers are required to wear a face covering.
  2. Only one person is allowed in our trucks at a time.
  3. Trucks are wiped down and sterilized after each job.
  4. Employees who must visit the showroom for supplies are staggered in and out so that there is minimal contact with others.
  5. Workers maintain an appropriate distance (at least 6 feet) from each other and from you and your household members at all times.
